The OSAT Facility
Class 10000 (ISO 7) cleanroom for Front-of-Line Processes
Class 100000 (ISO 8) cleanroom for End-of-Line Processes
The supporting facility includes all necessary gas generation systems and electrical support systems to enable the facility to operate continuously for 24 hours across three shifts.
A facility designed to operate with minimal water usage and generate very little effluent.
